She is new from Indiana and is freaked out at the aspect of snakes. I thoroughly searched the backyard, the surrounding desert outside of her back fence, the A/C units, pool pump area, the inner courtyard, garage and all its cabinets, and the front yard shrubbery. No snakes were found but a fair amount of rodent activity was observed in the front yard. I advised to keep up on pest control and landscaping. Answered her questions but left the fencing questions for Jill who is scheduled to come tomorrow for a fencing estimate. I also explained that an inspection at this time of year is different than their peak season and she plans on another in the spring. I was there for just over an hour. She is interested in dog training and pointed her to Rattlesnake Ready. |
