Same with some large bushes out front.

They then searched the back yard for the snake and found the snake inside there den Inside the house, the door was left open. They live on a mountain side And despite that have only had two rattlesnakes in 20 years. The snake will be tagged and released back within its range. The snake was acting funny so Bryan is going to keep an eye on it.

12:00 PM		 Scottsdale 85266 Coachwhip This was a fence customer of ours. We did the fencing but he watched the coachwhip go under the front gate. The snake then when under a large shed. We watered it out for about 2 hours the snake finally cane out and I grabbed it. It was a juvenile coachwhip. I did not charge him.

I went into a deep hole under an old concrete staircase. I used a garden hose and flooded area for about 5 minutes. From a safe distance I looked into hole with my flashlight and saw the 2 and a half foot western diamondback drinking water that I was using to flood it out with. I directed water flow to go to tunnel behind the snake. I used my tongs to move hose. It worked. The snake slowly slithered out so I was able to capture the snake. End of report

Me and a police officer that she had also called searched her front and back yard we did not find the snake. She had citrus trees and a garden that was moist. It was odd because it was a large, gravid female, crawling across lethally-hot pavement on a hot day. If the description of events is accurate, this unusual behavior is likey due to other disruption by the workers, landscapers, or a botched relocation by another party.

They just moved in last September so this is there first ever snake season and first rattlesnake they have seen. There yard has mesh fence on it but not snake proof. He described what sounded like a long snake. He love in a town home complex which is set up like an apartment type. There was a bush by his walk way which the snake went in. I looked in the bush and found a quail nest. Behind his town home there is desert landscape and a golf course which I explained the snake most likely went back to.
