I talked with her about the benefits of gophersnakes, and that they were harmless. She insisted it be removed due to her phobia of snakes. So I responded. I found the snake crawling between the power outlet and a trash bin. I captured the snake and released it immediately after. End of report.

3:30 PM		 Scottsdale 85255 Sonoran Gophersnake The homeowner had left his door open. He accidentally stepped on the gopher snake in his hallway. The snake then went under his cabinet. When I got there the snake was poking his head out. When I went to get it, it went back up into the cabinet. The guy didn’t care if we wrecked his cabinet so we took off the boot of the cabinet with a hammer. I could see the snake then and waited till it came out a bit then grabbed it.

Fortunately the customer noticed it. Snake was around 12-14 inches in length. An inspection around his mobile home was conducted afterwards. No further finds. End of report.

10:00 AM		 Tanque Verde 85749 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake Customer called about wanting inspection done due to seeing snakes around property. While doing inspection a western diamondback was found directly outside of a ground squirrel hole. I captured it immediately and continued to search. No other snakes were found. I did recommend they use pest control to help assist with the large amount of pack rats they had on property. I also recommended they trim large plants to help reduce shade source. They are interested in Rattlesnake fencing at some point, but currently in the process of expanding there fence. They said they would keep in contact once there fence is complete. End of report.

There was a junkyard next to the apartment complex, so I was thinking it came from there. There was no desert area nearby so they seemed like the only place it could have came from.

Hey the snake moved about 20 feet to a different bush. I captured the snake with ease. As I was beginning my inspection check to make sure there weren’t anymore the homeowner yelled that there was a second Rattlesnake. The second snake was captured also. His neighbors told him about us and how wonderful we are with customer service and how amazing we are at removals. Once I arrived I was directed to back yard area. He pointed in direction of pool pumps and filters and saw a Western diamondback in tight coil sitting underneath. I used my hook to bring body of snake out. Once I had enough body out I used my tongs to take complete control of the snake. I gently placed the snake in my bucket. Snake was released immediately after. End of report.
