2020-08-03 1:00 PM	Phoenix	85048	Western Diamondback Rattlesnake	Rattlesnake is next to house in shade. Large gravid female diamondback tucked up next to the house. The owner said that the last time they had us over was last fall and our agent did not find the snake but found multiple small rattlesnake shed skins in the exact same spot. I am assuming it is the same animal coming back to give birth again. I released it into nearest suitable habitat in deep cave. He is interested in having someone come for an estimate, but he seems to only be interested in having the gate done. He has 1/4” mesh but it is only 24” high. I advised that he will likely need something higher. Explained the “snake trap” concept to him.

This time the snake was in there back yard coiled by a pot. They have just a view fence and behind that is south mountain. They got a fence quote last time but are still thinking about it.

Captured western diamondback and advised customer of property. Customer not interested in snake fencing because his family likes the rabbits

They said they had not left a door open so I assume it snuck in when they where not looking. The snakes head was stuck in a glue trap I was able to free it. The yard has a view fence with a golf course behind it.

2020-08-25 1:00 PM	Phoenix	85048	Western Diamondback Rattlesnake	The homeowner went to grab something out of her pantry when she saw the rattlesnake slither by her foot and rattle at her she shut It in the pantry and when I got there it was coiled up by the stand up mixer. The homeowner said she thinks it probably came in yesterday because she notice her door wasn’t shut all the way yesterday but she had no idea a snake got in. They live on a hill side of south mountain.

2020-09-05 10:30 PM	Phoenix	85048	Western Diamondback Rattlesnake	Neonate Rattlesnake on back patio by back door. Spotted by homeowner when going outside. Trapped in a bucket until I could arrive. Homeowners recently moved in, lots of stuff on back porch where snake could have been hiding during hotter parts of the day. House was unoccupied before they moved in. Yard had rodent problems before move in. Requested a call about fencing. Snake could have come through several drainage holes in wall or through gap in gate.

I found the snake in their back yard under a bush. They have a view fence and a gate would like a quote. Their back yard backs up to open desert and a mountain.
2020-09-23 9:00 AM	Phoenix	85048	None	The homeowner saw a snake in her back yard and it went into a very thick heavy leaf litter bush. I poked around and found two western diamond back sheds. The sheds appeared to be from the same snake. I watered out where I found the sheds. The leaf liter was about 2 feet high so it was really hard to see and the plant was super over grown. She is getting a landscaper to come take care of that and has a brick fence with one gate and a few drain holes.

2020-09-29 9:00 AM	Phoenix	85048	Southwestern Speckled Rattlesnake	The homeowner was walking by her pool equipment and heard the rattle. I caught the speckled under the pool pump. The home is right by south mountain. They have a brick fence and one gate and a drain.
2020-10-05 8:00 AM	Phoenix	85048	Blacktailed Rattlesnake	The homeowner went to grab a package outside the front door when she saw the rattlesnake coiled up in the corner. She has part view fence and park brick. Her yard backs up to a very rocky mountain side.
2020-10-08 10:30 AM	Phoenix	85048	Tiger Rattlesnake	The homeowner saw a snake a few nights ago in his yard and thought it left. He then saw a shed under the only bush he has next to his house in his front yard. Today he saw the tiger rattlesnake coiled up next to the water spigot in the front yard up against the house. The ground was moist so I think the snake just used the spot to shed and get some water. The rest of the yard was pretty bare. Across the street from the house is south mountain and some nice rocky terrain.

They looked down and the yearling rattlesnake was by some pavers not far from them. It retreated behind the pavers until I got there. They live close to open desert.I noticed some rodent holes. They have a brick fence with a gate and a drain hole.
2020-10-15 7:00 PM	Phoenix	85048	Western Diamondback Rattlesnake, Western Diamondback Rattlesnake	One western diamondback was spotted by homeowner in front yard coiled in ambush below bird feeder. I did a sweep of the yard and found a second one stretched out on some river rocks on the opposite side of front yard. House is on a hill right next to an open area where snakes are coming from most likely. Homeowner has a bunch of birdfeeders and fountains set up and has seen multiple snakes this year, but said she was finally going to remove the bird setups. Backyard has been snake proofed by us before but front yard is still open. Customer would like fencing team to possibly come out and make sure the fence is still good.

Arrived and found a large western diamondback hiding behind the house near bushes. Captured and inspected customer snake fencing. The customer is selling a house. May reconsider having our fencing out in as his is quite short and has several gaps, however high enough to create a snake trap.

They have a brick fence with just one gate. There yard is very well maintained not a lot of bushes. They have a golf course and desert near by.

Customer went outside right as it started raining for the first time in months and snake was out on patio getting a drink. Likely entered yard through gap under the gate, which was right next to the patio. House is across the street from a undeveloped hillside.

The homeowner was moving it and saw the rattlesnake. The homeowner was using a sharp tree trimmer to escort the snake out of his yard and damaged its rattle in the process. The snake will be ok after it sheds but can’t rattle right now. The home is on south mountain and has a view fence.
2021-09-15 9:30 AM	Phoenix	85048	Sonoran Gophersnake	The homeowner thought it was a rattlesnake swimming around in his pool. It ended up just being a juvenile gophersnake. I got it out of the skimmer. They live by a golf course and desert.

It was still cruising when I got there,on a mission it was. The home backs up to south mountain and has a partial view fence and a gate.

But then it disappeared, fearing for his dogs he wanted me to look around. I searched the front nothing. I went into the back and just on the side yard there it was cruising through the back yard. This home is right on a little mountain with a view fence.

Her garage doors were shut. She had a lot of stuff in the garage but thankfully it was out in the open. I checked her seals on the garage and they weren’t bad so we think it came in when it was open at some point. The home is a few houses away from a rocky mountainside of south mountain. The backyard is a brick fence with a gate.
2022-12-15 12:30 PM	Phoenix	85048	Western Diamondback Rattlesnake	I was at this house a few nights ago for this snake. It had went under a cement slab and I couldn’t see it. I was going to have to water it out but it was night time and the temperatures were dipping into the 30’s. I didn’t want to freeze the snake, so I told her I’d come back. We were hoping it would come out on its own but it didn’t so I watered it out, but during the day. After about 15 minutes it came out. This home is on the side of south mountain and just surrounded by desert.
