When I arrived the snake was gone and hadn’t been seen since our phone call. I saw a suspicious hole that looked deep enough for a snake to hide. I utilized the customers garden hose and was able to successfully coax the snake out. When the snake was in the open I was able to capture the snake sing my tongs. Snake was released afterwards. Phoenix 85045 Sonoran Gophersnake The snake was in the customers back yard. It was laying in the grass under no shade cover. When I picked the snake up it was stiff and dead. There was no visible predation marks. I believe the snake was laying out and got to hot and died.

Gold Canyon 85118 Gila Monster The home owner saw the Gila on his patio up against the house in the shade. He was ok with keeping it around just wanted it out of his back yard. We found a nice burrow in his front yard with a quail nest near by. Which may have been the gilas original home.

Scottsdale 85255 Kingsnake Kingsnake seen crawling through the yard. I explained that it was harmless, but they preferred that I come and get it anyway. It moved and ended up stuck in a large glue trap. I got it out of the glue trap and moved it to a safe location.

When I arrived for inspection snake had not been seen by customer. I immediately found snake near a rock with shade above and a drip system. Once snake was captured I continued the inspection. I told her about the large amount of shade making it easier for snake to hide in. I also explained that drip systems are a great water source for snakes. No signs of rodents were present. She seemed very interested in fencing quote. Very good customer who had already referred our company to several others in the subdivision. End of report.

When I went in for the capture the snake bolted down a tunnel underneath the bush. I utilized the customers garden hose to flood the snake out which was successful. The snake came out in the opening making it an easy capture. The rest of backyard was searched for Any other snakes. End of report.

Tucson 85710 None Customer called wanting inspection on pointers how to have preventative measures to keep snakes less likely in yard. Recently roof workers killed 2 Rattlesnakes and customer was concerned for her children. Yard was very clustered with debris. It was recommended that the yard be declustred to reduce the amount of shade. There was an 8 by 8 shed that was a concern area. I utilized a graven hose in an attempt to flood any remaining snakes out. Nothing came out. No snakes were found. End of report.

Paradise Valley 85253 None The homeowner was taking his 13 week old puppy to the bathroom this evening when he noticed his puppy smelling something. As he got closer he realized it was a snake. He scooped the puppy up, took it inside, grabbed a flashlight, and went back outside to find the snake. He was unable to find it, so he called us. I searched the property, but was also unable to locate it. He is interested in getting a quote for snake fencing. He has one gate and one drain hole that need protected.

Cave Creek 85331 Coachwhip The homeowners were hearing noises come from a certain bush the past couple of days in the evenings. They thought it was a rattlesnake rattling at them every time they walked past it. This afternoon they noticed a snake climbing a tree in their backyard headed towards a dove nest. The snake then proceeded to eat a baby dove and then come back to the ground where it rested under an outdoor fireplace. They quickly blocked all of the gates, so that they snake could not escape and called us. When I got there I was able to successfully capture the large coachwhip and relocate it to a nearby wash. I was also able to determine that the noises that where coming from the bush was a family of rabbits, with several baby bunnies.

The homeowners son and friend have seen it in this morning and she heard a rattle when she was doing landscape work. I arrived about 40 minutes later and found a steak sleeping in obvious estivation. Captured and relocated without any problems. It was very defensive.

After the initial seeing the snake, it went a short distance under some hot tube steps that are open in the back. I searched the back yard under the steps and found no snake. I saw a small hole going from the back yard to the front so I went to the front yard and looked in some bushes under a large shaded tree. The snake was coiled up in the bushes. He was content didn’t rattle didn’t move at all.

Paradise Valley 85253 Groundsnake Has several baby snakes and a mom in a kid playroom. Only one snake was found under a couch in a room reserved for rescue kittens. The customer ended up thinking she only saw one snake and believed it to be more. Whole room was checked to ensure there were no more snakes. It likely entered through a ground level window that was left slightly ajar. Once customer was told it was a harmless insect eater she decided to have me release it on the property in a hole.
