She had not seen snake for 15 minutes before I had gotten there. I searched area very thoroughly with no finds. She had many different hiding places that I addressed. Once I was complete with inspection her house nanny showed me video of the “rattlesnake “ that turned out to be a gophersnake. The residence is 15000 square feet and has a ton of extra acreage. they have seen several rattlesnake underneath one of the porches at the residence, however when I showed up today I was unable to locate any of the rattlesnake. Just outside of the porch is a Boulder Field covered with plants and trees and lots of undergrowth. They may want more service in the future, but for now the mostly wanted information with that inspection.
