During a quick walk-through of the yard I found multiple kangaroo rats. When I arrived the snake had moved to a little garden area and there was two rattlesnakes coiled up on each other. Yard is open on all sides and full of shelter, including sheds, wood piles, overgrown plants and rodent burrows, as well as plenty of birds and rodents running around and water left out for them. Customer wants rodents and birds in the yard and wants to provide as much for them as she can. Advised she can't have all the prey without seeing the predators and she understood and was okay with it. Gave her tips for when and where snakes were likely to be hanging out so she could watch out.

They have several rodent holes throughout the yard. The hose is the closest to an open desert.
