During the inspection, the adult son of the person who spotted the snake informed me that what was actually spotted was a large palm leaf blowing across the road at 2 pm today. Informed HOA president that we offer free identification and that if the “snake” is spotted again, to contact our hotline directly and watch it which will be relayed on the same forum
