Surveyed the situation and headed back to the car for my boots and a flashlight and found a 54" Sonoran Gopher snake on the crawl. Could not find the diamondback. Called back out around 7 pm as the resident spotted the diamondback coiled in a stump beneath the deck, but it unfortunately crawled away, deeper beneath the deck, just before I arrived. Fence job consists of 3 gates that need to be secured. I noticed no other ground level entry points, although vegetation most likely allows climbing snakes entry. Contact by phone for referrals. |

When I arrived she opened garage and a saw a bright pink snake identified as a coachwhip. Once I got near first snake I saw the second which was also a coachwhip. The customer said she witnessed the 2 snakes tails intertwined between each other while laying together. Both snakes were immediately removed and relocated. |
