Cave Creek | 85262 | None | Aside from a handful of geckos found in irrigation holes found throughout the property, not much of any animal life was spotted. When I arrived at 6:45 the overcast was still drizzling on the property and the temperature was a cool 75 degrees. Being as the rain is still present and that the southeastern part of the property is undergoing heavy cosmetic surgery, most snakes are likely staying hidden until the storm passes and some heat comes out. At that point, I expect a lot of animal activity on the property seeing as the storms have seemed to displace a lot of shrubbery and soil, which may cause confusion and roaming onto the beautiful property.. |

I spent nearly 40 min searching the guest unit as well as neighboring units. No sign of the snake. Guest showed me a picture they took earlier which looked very much like a grey speckled rattlesnake. |

Phoenix | 85048 | Desert Nightsnake | The homeowner had her niece house-sit while she was out of town. The niece spotted a small night snake in the hallway around 9 pm. After I came and captured the snake, the homeowner gave me her CC info over the phone and wanted someone to come by the next day for an inspection. She is deathly afraid of snakes and this was the first one she had seen since living there in 09. House was recently renovated about a month ago but her neice also had the backdoor open for a good 20 minutes prior to finding the snake an hour after having the door open |
