The first day I arrived ( the day before) I was unable to get the snake from the air conditioner. Greg called an hvac company and scheduled appointment to have worker come out and assist with taking air conditioner apart so we would be able to get the snake. Today we were able to lift air conditioner with long shovel. I was able to see 2 western diamondbacks and was able to catch both. End of report.

Once I arrived I captured 2 immediately. We then used garden hose to clear tunnel and flush more out. A total of 14 emerged from area. All snakes were safely removed and relocated. End of report.

2019-04-02 6:00 PM	Marana	85658	None	Identified from customer`s pictures as an adult gopher snake. Snake left the area and entered neighbor`s yard , but was not able to locate.
2019-04-06 12:30 PM	Marana	85658	None	Unidentified rattlesnake seen under a manufactured home. Customer was used to moving snakes and even had tongs, but was unable to get into the crawl space and look due to his arthritis. I searched with a light, but was unable to relocate the snake.

Did a courtesy inspection and found a beautiful back yard that is mostly contained by high block walls. A section would need fencing where only a short wall exists with steel bars. One gate that would also need to be shored up. Customer will need a written estimate to present to his landlord and I suggested that a deciding factor , in the decision, could be that the property could increase in value with the snake fence installation. Try both phone and E-mail to set up a date and time for the estimate.

After moving storage bins on ground I was able to find snake. Confirmed it was in fact an atrox. Snake was immediately captured and placed safely in bucket. Surrounding areas were searched for presence of others. No further finds. End of report.

Gophersnake was under rock where I had no mobility to get at it. I used a garden hose to flood snake out. Which was successful. Snake cane out of rock pile. I was able to capture and relocate snake with no further incident. End of report.

When I arrived for inspection snake had not been seen by customer. I immediately found snake near a rock with shade above and a drip system. Once snake was captured I continued the inspection. I told her about the large amount of shade making it easier for snake to hide in. I also explained that drip systems are a great water source for snakes. No signs of rodents were present. She seemed very interested in fencing quote. Very good customer who had already referred our company to several others in the subdivision. End of report.
