Phoenix | 85083 | Western Diamondback Rattlesnake | Snake is in water box for sprinklers, do prop inspection after snake is captured. There was nothing in the yard found that could support rattlesnake life during the hot part of the summer so I suspect it was the construction across the street and subsequent displacement of the snake that caused her to be here. They have lived here for 18 years without seeing a snake so this is most likely. |

Scottsdale | 85259 | Western Diamondback Rattlesnake | Had a larger diamondback and at least 3 neonates. 2 neonates went into hole in foundation. The hole was facing the ground though, so when I went to flood the area out the water just drained out of the hole and couldn’t effectively flood the area. Did find 1 neonate coiled up nearby, caught and relocated. The mom diamondback was unfortunately killed by maintenance workers, also a kingsnake has showed up and the mom diamondback drove it off before the workers killed it. Told homeowner I’d go back if snake was seen in next 24 hours. |

Phoenix | 85048 | Western Diamondback Rattlesnake | Rattlesnake is next to house in shade. Large gravid female diamondback tucked up next to the house. The owner said that the last time they had us over was last fall and our agent did not find the snake but found multiple small rattlesnake shed skins in the exact same spot. I am assuming it is the same animal coming back to give birth again. I released it into nearest suitable habitat in deep cave. He is interested in having someone come for an estimate, but he seems to only be interested in having the gate done. He has 1/4” mesh but it is only 24” high. I advised that he will likely need something higher. Explained the “snake trap” concept to him. |

Cave Creek | 85331 | Western Diamondback Rattlesnake | The snake was gone by the time I got there but the homeowner let me know the direction of travel. I found a bush along the side of the house with a few rodent holes at the base. I used a hose to put water into the holes and several minutes later, a Western diamondback emerged. Fencing notes: chickens in the backyard, she did some fencing on the gate herself but realizes it needs to be replaced. Had contacted some other company for a quote but they did not respond to her. I think as long as we keep the price right and kill it on customer service we will get this one |
