I found 1 small rattlesnake immediately sitting in corner of shed. I then flipped a piece of plywood and found the larger second one. I flooded out underneath shed, and a couple other suspicious areas. No further finds. End of report.

Caught both and found where the 2nd has come from. Large wood pile across from driveway. Inspected rest of property.

She had not seen the snakes yet this morning. I responded and told her I would look around. When I arrived she told me one of the snakes was basking in the sun outside of a hole. I was able to catch the snake immediately. I also used a garden hose and flooded another snake out of same hole. Both snakes were released shortly after. End of report.

Hey the snake moved about 20 feet to a different bush. I captured the snake with ease. As I was beginning my inspection check to make sure there weren’t anymore the homeowner yelled that there was a second Rattlesnake. The second snake was captured also. Once that was done I continued the inspection with no further finds. End of report.

It's the last house on the street so that is likely why there are snakes there. I inspected the property and found no major issues, but suggested a few spots that could be tightened up to prevent rattlesnakes from coming into the yard.

I got that one and found another in there front yard under there house ledge by a water drip. I also found a gopher snake that was in a big hole on the side of there house in there back yard. And a sonoran desert toad both those stayed in the yard. They just have three gates and a brick wall. Yards well maintained but they do have a pack rat nest in there back yard and some other rodent activity. Across the street is a mountain and the open desert.

After searching the yard I found another neonate coiled up not to far from the first one. They live right next the the preserve. They said they have had 6 in the last couple weeks. Gave them half price discount.

Captured one adult male western diamondback upon arrival but was told that second adult had been observed in same area but not watched. I suspected it was a courting pair but was not able to confirm. After searching entire property no other adult snake was found, but neonate was removed from other side of property air conditioning units.

There was an adult western diamondback shed also there that he said was there for three weeks. I searched the back yard and found another neonate atrox. He lives right by south mountain and a large wash that has a lot of atrox in it. He has a brick fence with one gate and a few drain holes.

She has a large back yard with no fence and horse property around her and desert across the street. She has a garden and she feeds the rabbits and birds. The rattlesnake was in her garden and while looking through the garden I found another rattlesnake under a tarp covering hay. I informed her that feeding the wild animals will bring the snakes in because she has made a pretty good spot for a snake to not only stay cool but hydrated and be well fed. She said she will stop feeding the animals in her garden.

They went back in while I drove there. I watered them out a good 40 minutes before I got both of them. They were in a large packrat nest in the bush.

I did a sweep of the yard and found a second one stretched out on some river rocks on the opposite side of front yard. House is on a hill right next to an open area where snakes are coming from most likely. Homeowner has a bunch of birdfeeders and fountains set up and has seen multiple snakes this year, but said she was finally going to remove the bird setups. Backyard has been snake proofed by us before but front yard is still open. Customer would like fencing team to possibly come out and make sure the fence is still good.

11:00 PM		 Phoenix 85085 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake, Western Diamondback Rattlesnake House is directly up against an open desert area with view fencing and multiple gaps in the gate in the side yard for entrances. Lots of exotic plants and planters in the backyard to provide cover and tons of water and attract food. The couple saw one snake crawling along the fence in the backyard and watched it go under a large planter by the time I arrived. I flipped the planter over and found a second adult snake under it as well.

While at the home I caught an additional rattlesnake as well. Both snakes displayed defensive behavior and were a bit of a challenge to capture and place in a bucket. But it was completed. They live really close to the open desert.
