Anthem 85086 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake and Sonoran Gophersnake She saw a large “rattlesnake” eating a rabbit go into a bush in front of her house. When I inspected said bush, I found a baby diamondback but no large one. She showed me a picture and it was gopher snake. She was unaware of the baby diamondback. She said she went inside for just a minute. I looked in the next logical place which was the backyard. She has “snake fencing” but it was very poorly done and the gate had large gaps. I found the gopher snake in the back yard with a full belly. Both were release into deep cover.
