I slowly moved up some of the brick with my hook. When I moved one near it, it showed it’s head and half of its body. It then fled from the bricks underneath a bicycle where I was able to capture it. The customer is slowly gaining more respect for the animals rather then killing them. A short inspection of property was conducted after ward. No other snakes were found. End of report. |

Unfortunately the customer killed all the babies and attempted to get the mom but was not successful. He wanted me to check his yard and packrat nest he saw the mom at. I throughly went through back yard that was inclosed by fence. I then went on other side to the packrat nest. It was one of the largest I had seen. I used the customers garden hose for about 30 minutes flooding every part of the nest. No success. I then used tool and broke it apart looking for snakes. No success. I then searched and broke down 2 other packrat nests afterwards. No success in finding anything except some pack rats. I told customer to use a pest control company to help maintain rodent issue. I also advised him to trim or remove lantana bushes. End of report. |

When myself and the apartment employee Chris were walking to the tenants door we noticed a gophersnake slithering away in opposite direction of the patio. It was very close to patio area. I captured without issue. I then checked the patio wall area with no finds. I used small tools to pull up the lip that the snake supposedly went up. I believe the gophersnake caught was the culprit. Tucson | 85704 | None | This was the second of 2 storage facilities that the customer wanted inspected. Although there hadn’t been a rattlesnake sighting for a longer period of time the customer wanted to ensure the safety of her employees and clients by having an inspection conducted there also. On the exterior perimeter check o noticed that there was a large wash system directly below the building. The last snake seen was at a door adjacent to the wash. The buildings had very dense brush like plants that would give great shade corn rattlesnake. It was advised that any plants like that be either removed or continuously trimmed to reduce shade. I also noticed some large holes underneath concrete that air conditioners were sitting on. It was advised to have those deep gaps filled and continue with a pest control company to slow down the snakes food source. Of the 17 doors that were checked only 2 were a concern. Like the first inspection, the retractable door had a large gap underneath. The gentleman who showed me the grounds explained that he has witnessed large lizards able to get in easily. The second door was “ door #6”. This door should be tightened down a bit to ensure nothing is able to get through. No active snakes were found. End of report. |

When I arrived they had lost sight of it but knew it was still on courtyard because both areas of entry were being watched by homeowners. I began searching in the courtyard filled with massive bushes. I noticed a hole leading underneath and into there massive rock Pilar. I inspected the bush nearby and got down to look inside. I immediately saw the snake that retreated back fat into the massive pillar. I used a garden hose to flood it out. It did work. The snake cane out. But I was unable to get a clear grab. The snake then bolted into another hole on same pilar. So I had to flood it out again. The snake then crawled up into there flower pot where I had to grab it quickly so it would not get away. I finally gained control of the 2 foot western diamondback. Snake was released immediately afterwards. End of report. |
