House is a corner lot with a wash with desert access on two sides. Has a rear view lot, side door was likely ingress point.

I searched for the rest of the property and determined that the snake is just a random event due to the location of the home and neighborhood. Recommended snake fencing installation.

The snake coiled up under the gates and didn't move until I got there to relocate it.

2020-04-22 10:30 AM	Peoria	85383	None	The homeowner saw a western diamondback in her driveway at 6pm yesterday. I looked at a picture to ID the snake. She killed the snake. At 9pm she had another western diamondback in the same spot in her driveway she also killed that snake. Across the street from her is a house but then open desert. Her front yard doesn’t have much vegetation. I looked through her back yard and garage. She has a lot of trash in her back yard she said she is going to dispose of. I just let her know it is good hiding spots. She has a brick fence with two gates. She is wanting snake fencing done.

I searched the yard and did not find the snake. The community is very new so the landscaping is very little and not much shade cove. There is desert all around the community. She has a gate and one drain hole would love fencing. The dog is ok it was a dry bite.

They were not told that there would be a charge if it was not a rattlesnake. When I arrived I noticed that a big rock was in place where the gate had been propped open at some time. I located the coachwhip on the back patio behind a bbq cover. I educated them about not propping the gate open. Super nice people and very thankful.

She had people cleaning her gutters so they put the snake in a bucket. I searched the yard for any more. There landscaping is very well kept. They have a large view fence and nothing but the preserve and the mountain behind them. They have a few dogs and would love fencing.

Arrived on the property to find a crowd of people huddled around some overgrown lantana outside of the gym. Confirmed the snake in question was an adult diamondback via photo, however the snake disappeared into the thick bushes. I tore through each and every single bush in the area and found no snake.

Customer stated that they had seen another snake a few days ago and didn't know if it was the snake one that was removed. I believe it was the same one removed, as they seemed similar in size. Snake was a baby but not a neonate, But likely born this season. Likely in the backyard attracted to drip sprinklers and shade from landscaping.

I did a quick sweep of the yard and could not find any obvious gaps in the fence, but customer mentioned that one of the fencing team would be coming out to inspect it at some point.
