One single gate, three drain blocks, view fence on a wall with a low reverse side, one gap that needs some filler. Not incredibly interested so I think they are more or less just checking price.

As soon as they spotted it, it went down the hole and stayed there until right before I got there. I quickly captured it and relocated it in a nearby desert area.

Manager said they recently broke ground on a new building. Not a lot of open desert nearby. The snake was 24in + and looked healthy, strong taper to rattle

Had customer close garage door, arrived and found diamondback on the move under customer suburban. Secured animal, upon customer request, inspected the rest of property. Found second diamondback retreating to large boulders that line customers backyard. Secured 2nd snake. Inspected rest of priority. Found customer fountain near front door a hotbed for snake activity, including a 3rd rattlesnake (speckled rattlesnake) and several unidientifed snake shed. Found several other sheds throughout property, and a little long nose snake (whom was allowed to stay)

Model homes have metal fence and backed up a green area then a wash. The wash seems the only likely ingress avenue
