The customer is actually quite comfortable with Rattlesnakes, but this snake had been seen 4 days in a row in different spots. So in case of having his kid or dog get bit, he finally called to have it removed. I did do a property check also, no further finds.

Entry would have been through a single gate, double gate or a drain section. I mentioned fencing, wasn't interested at the moment but said he would give us a call if it happened again (it will). End of report.

The homeowner asked about fencing off the front courtyard of the house where the door is.
