The back of the home was surrounded by brick wall and the drain screens looked secure so it would appear that this snake may have gotten in under the back gate. The yard itself was pretty clean and free from apparent snake shelters. |

It slithered out of common area into a hole directly behind fence onto there non fenced area. I filled my bucket with water and slowly poured water down hole that snake went into. The snake emerged and I was able to catch it using my tongs. Customers were very grateful that snake was able to be captured and are interested in a quote for fencing. End of report. |

After the owner had exited the home into the bank yard, the snake was spotted hiding in a bush in a defensive position. While traversing to the property, the snake had traveled from one bush to another and had relaxed from its defensive position. Upon arrival, the snake was still coiled in the bush. With a little bit of a struggle, the snake was successfully and safely removed and captured. After a quick inspection of the property, no other snakes were found. |
