Scottsdale 85260 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake The customer called about a rattlesnake curled up in a parking garage. This garage is currently under construction and the snake was in the basement two floors down sitting right in front of a door. The area has a lot of new construction going on, so I took the snake down the road to a wash with trees for cover. I placed her in a packrat nest with deep cover.

Mesa 85207 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake Homeowner called about a western diamondback rattlesnake curled up along her wall in her backyard. The yard was very large and surrounded by desert on all sides of the home, with multiple entry points for snakes to enter the yard. Yard was very spacious, but did have some areas that I suggested the homeowner take care of in order to minimize the potential for rattlesnakes to find her yard useful. Hike the snake into the desert at a nearby trailhead and release it into a large Packrat nest at the base of a large Palo Verde tree.

Mesa 85207 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake Homeowner called about a rattlesnake in their backyard. By the time I arrived, the western diamondback had made himself comfortable underneath a large bush. After trying to get him out for about 10 minutes, I finally was able to get him. He ended up climbing up towards the top of the bush which made for a fun removal. Yard has minimal entry points and they are all fenced, however, they would like us to come look at the fencing and explore other possibilities that may have lead to the snake being in their yard. There are a few drainage pipes that come from their neighbors house and empty into their yard, we think the snake potentially came through there because the fencing is pretty tight. I hiked the snake back into the nearby desert and placed it into a packrat nest at the base of a large ironwood tree. Mesa.

Tucson 85745 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake Homeowner called regarding a rattlesnake coiled under a chair in her backyard near the swimming pool. Snake was never found, I did a thorough search of the front and backyard. Homeowner said she went inside for about 30-40 mins after seeing the snake and came back out and it was gone. The house is located directly next to a wash, so the snake likely made its way out. I told her if she sees the snake in the next 48 hours to call me back and I’ll come remove it for her.

Tucson 85718 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake This homeowner is no stranger to rattlesnakes. We’ve been called out to her property several times for removals: and interactions with rattlesnakes have become a regular occurrence for this family. The homeowners sister went out to her car this morning, and picked up a large piece of plastic that was right next to the driveway. When she picked it up, she found a Western Diamondback Rattlesnake coiled under the piece of plastic. I conducted a thorough property inspection, but didn’t find any more. This snake was relocated to a nearby wash into deep cover.

Cave Creek 85331 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake This rattlesnake had been making itself home at a Del Taco for the past 3 days per the employees. He was showing up in the same spot in the afternoon, seen when taking out trash, and then would disappear at night. They did not know where the snake was. I had flipped over a rat trap several times and lifted it up with tongs, feeling satisfied there was no snake inside, and began to check the perimeter with no luck. The employee then showed me a photo of the snake and I realized it was very, very small. I went back to the rat trap, shook it and out came the young snake! He was relocated to a much better taco-less home. Stay spicy, my friend.

Home is surrounded by open desert and has a wash below it, so plenty of places for snakes to be in this area. I hiked the snakes up a small canyon nearby and found them a nice large rock pile and placed them into some deep cover where they can survive the winter.

The property was located on the edge of a small development situated between the canal and a mountain preserve. There was only one drainage hole in the block wall in the backyard, but the homeowner had it covered with 1/4" mesh. Phoenix 85045 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake Homeowner called about a rattlesnake in their backyard. When I arrived, the western diamondback had made himself cozy against the wall behind a stack of roof tiles. These homeowners had just had us out two weeks ago to remove a large diamondback. They were quoted for fencing and will be getting it installed as this is the second rattlesnake they’ve had in as many weeks. I hiked the snake up the wash that it most likely had been moving up anyway and placed it into deep cover within a cave on the side of the wash wall, where it can continue making it its way up to it’s hibernation spot.
