Snake suffered mortal wound, nearly completely severed about 1/3 from head. It was a very small snake. Homeowners accidentally crushed it trying to contain it when it started to move. They were very sad and apologetic. The person who injured it (husband) was not the person I was speaking to (wife) and I think that contributed to the accident. I am letting the snake pass in a comfortable space. :( I searched laundry room and garage for them as well and saw no other evidence of snakes or rodents. Made fencing removal and showed them how we relocated the snakes. Snake is gorgeous, tiny, and so cute - very sad :(

Etleast an hour and a half trying. Today she called me that the snake had left the hole and was hiding under her fan. She kept a close watch on the area until I arrived. She made a huge step in conquering her fear by keeping watch. Once I arrived I lifted the fan and was able to catch the snake. End of report.
