12:30 PM		 Marana 85743 Desert Kingsnake Customer called about snake in backyard near garden hose and rock pile area. She sent a picture that was difficult to 100% identify. Her geographic range placed her in an area with a wide variety of species. She had to leave for work and wasn’t able to get a better picture so she decided for me to swing by and catch and identify it. When I arrived snake remained in same place. I able to easily capture it safely and place it in my bucket. The nightsnake was released immediately after. End of report.

When I slowly opened the lid I saw a very small kingsnake sitting in the corner. I asked the customer if he still wanted the snake removed after I explained that they are harmless. 2:00 PM		 Tucson 85715 Desert King Snake 29" King found in customer`s courtyard coiled behind a fountain. An easy fencing job to secure the courtyard as there is one gate that needs some work. No other entry points. Backyard has two gates, but other entry points can`t be addressed as they are from trees, branches, vines and various other vegetation. Customer will probably go with securing just the courtyard.

8:00 PM		 Gilbert 85233 Corn snake The homeowner was out by the pool equipment when she spotted the snake. This was a regular neighborhood which isn’t as common to get escaped pets out of. The snake was healthy too.

5:00 PM		 Phoenix 85028 Coachwhip,Coachwhip The homeowner called about two pink slender snakes that were underneath some debris in their backyard. When I arrived, the Coachwhips had separated with one remaining in the same spot and the other on the side of the yard under some roof tiles. Both were a relatively easy catch as far as this species goes. Home is a few streets in from the small mountain range nearby but not too far for a Coachwhip to travel. Likely a mating pair as well, one male and one female. The yard had some minor improvements to be made as far as trimming bushes and discarding debris but nothing crazy. Both side gates had gaps that the homeowner will address via our fencing team.

1:30 PM		 Cave Creek 85331 Coachwhip, Western Diamondback Rattlesnake Coachwhip stuck in a glue trap. After getting the snake into the bucket, I searched the garage and found a baby Western Diamondback Rattlesnake hiding in the corner. No other snakes were found. Homeowner advised to replace garage seals.

11:30 AM		 Tucson 85747 Coachwhip x2 Customer called about watching 2 snakes go into garage. She immediately shut garage and called us. When I arrived she opened garage and a saw a bright pink snake identified as a coachwhip. Once I got near first snake I saw the second which was also a coachwhip. The customer said she witnessed the 2 snakes tails intertwined between each other while laying together. Both snakes were immediately removed and relocated.
