Cave Creek 85262 Coachwhip Wonderful couple who lives part time in Scottsdale called because they had a coachwhip and a rattlesnake in their garage. The rattlesnake they usually coexist with but they are having company next week and wanted it removed for this reason. The coachwhip was found in the garage. The rattlesnake was unable to be found after checking the garage, side yard, and backyard unfortunately. They were given education about possibly getting their garage scorpion proofed so they do not find snakes within the garage area anymore but they are okay with them in their backyard as they have no kids or dogs.

Marana 85658 Coachwhip Customer called us because he had seen a Coachwhip lying under a table in the backyard. They have snake fencing and i explained that the warranty does not cover non-rattlesnakes. When i arrived the snake was hiding under an outdoor couch. It was a mid-sized red phase coachwhip. Customer would like a refresh on their fencing if needed and covered by warranty

Marana 85658 Coachwhip The customer was outside doing yoga and saw a sizable black Coachwhip cruising about. I had just removed a smaller, red individual from this address a few weeks back. The yard is free of debris and there are no obvious signs of rodent or bird activity. The customer reported that they don’t usually even see lizards within the fencing. There is a nice pool with a waterfall. Maybe the snakes are smelling the water and spooling themselves over the fence. The customers think the snakes may be falling off the roof but it seems like quite a height for them to yeet themselves from, so it is possibly unlikely.

Cave Creek 85331 Coachwhip The homeowner saw the coachwhip in his backyard several days ago. He called in, and I advised they move on pretty fast to just wait it out and it will eventually leave. Today he saw the snake again. It was in a tree and it dropped a bird and then it eventually ate the bird. And then it went under a bush. He wanted me to come get it this time just because it has been a few days and he still sees it. It was a big beautiful coachwhip, and it did have a bird in its belly. The homeowner had a lot of heavy vegetation and a well-watered yard. They also had a desert drainage behind them leading to more desert and a golf course not far from that.

Scottsdale 85259 Chuckwalla The homeowner has our fencing. He called about a Gila monster by his pool equipment that the repair guy was to afraid to get close to fix it. It was a chuckwalla wedged between the wall and the pool heater I was able to get it out. The home backed up to a rocky hillside.

Phoenix 85044 Chuckwalla The customer called and stated he was checking his pool filter when he spotted a lizard, believed to be a Gila monster due to its orange and black coloration. Upon arrival, we discovered it was a vibrant Chuckwala that was stuck in the pool filter. After the capture of the species, we ensured to check the rest of the large backyard, with no other wildlife being found. We did recommend rattlesnake fencing, as his property did back up to a huge open, desert preserve which is most likely where the lizard traveled from.
