I then used my hook and poked into the bottom, which made the snake move and rattle. Once I knew the snake was in the box I slowly shifted box on its side and it came out. It soon left and started to cross the street into the neighbors yard. The neighbor has snake tongs and held it down for a bit in the hot road then put it in a bucket. They thought it was dead when I arrive but it was alive it looks like they may have squeezed it to hard while holding it but after keeping it in my car ac for awhile it perked back up.

When I arrived 20 minutes after the phone call the customers had watched the snake leave garage and go behind a metal sheet behind the air conditioner. I used my tongs to move the sheet metal first. After that I was able to use my rings to capture the animal. End of report.

12:30 PM		 Tucson 85745 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake Customer called about unknown snake found in small yucca bush. She sent me a photo of it via cellphone. I identified it as a western diamondback. While I was enroute to her home she kept a close eye on it. When I arrived the snake remained in same spot. I was able to capture it immediately. Snake was about 18 inches in length. I inspected the remainder of her yard with no further finds. End of report.

I arrived and found it halfway under some roofing tile that was stored there as well. I removed the tile and found a second rattlesnake sleeping in the back. Both were captured and relocated.

4:30 PM		 Scottsdale 85255 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake The homeowners had us out yesterday removing two rattlesnakes and then today they saw what appeared to be a large rattlesnake out sending itself underneath a saguaro. When I got there turned out to be a male and female rattlesnake mating. The two snakes were put in a bucket as quickly as possible and released so they could get back to mating.

The other guy had no luck finding it and referred him to us. He said “this is what there good at.” After about 10 minutes in garage I checked underneath a plastic shelving area. I could see in the corner towards the wall a coiled up western diamondback. I used my hook to gain control and slowly drag the coiled snake out. I then used my tongs to have maximum control of the snake and placed it in my bucket. The customer was thrilled we were able to find it without an issue. The snake was released immediately after. I was having difficulties finding the snake in the large bush with lots of dead leaves on base. I used water and flooded the entire bush. After 30 seconds of waiting I noticed a western diamondback rattlesnake crawling up the bush. I reached into bush with my tongs and gained control of the snake. When I arrived the snake went underneath the staircase that had wooden fence around it. I used a garden hose to gently coax the snake from underneath. The snake did not come out easily. It slithered up the railing and tried getting into siding. I was able to use tongs and gain control of the snake. The snake sprawled out it’s full length making it challenging to remain in bucket. I was finally able to get it from getting out. Snake was released afterwards. End of report.
