The neighbor came over and did that. I told Debra to just have us do it and all she would have to do is keep an eye on it. She said she panicked because of 35 minute response time. She was trying to turn the nozzle when she saw the snake directly beneath the faucet. The sound she heard was the snake hissing. Snake was getting a last bit of hydration from a slow drip .

Snake was crawling towards front porch as the residents were enjoying the evening. Customer was hoping the snake would leave on its own, but called us when it was coiled in a corner of the porch. Please call to set up a fence referral. An extensive job.

11:00 AM		 Tucson 85745 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake 17" 2c Western Diamondback that showed up in front of the main office some time last night and was discovered by some maintenance workers. When the snake was still there this morning I was called directly by the manager who I got to know from when she held the same position at Legacy Apartments here in Marana. Unfortunately someone attempted to kill the snake and though I found it some deep cover in a packrat midden , it is not likely to survive. I contacted Hilda and suggested a meeting with all employees on do`s and don`ts of snake safety.

The gate appears to be the big problem as it was not addressed and has multiple entry points.

8:00 AM		 Sahuarita 85629 Western Diamondback Rattlesnake Customer called yesterday about rattlesnake that had bitten a couple of her dogs and she wanted it removed. She had an area she believed it was at but no further details. When I arrived I began looking near her brick pile. I noticed black and white bands stuck in chicken wire. I used my tongs to keep snake from biting me and also used a pair of the customers wire cutters to get the snake free. It worked very well. Snake was free and customer was happy. End of report.

I used my tongs to place glue trap and animal in bucket. I did a property check with no further finds. I then freed the snake from the trap using food grade oil spray and regular olive oil. While I was driving to get it the snake had moved from her patio to a bush area right outside. When I got there she pointed to the bush area but was unsure exactly where it was.
