Customer was just moving into the home and discovered the snakes under a large back deck. A third rattlesnake eluded capture. Two gates and 6 to 8 drainage holes for the fencing, however a large area of the back will also need fencing and I think an on-site estimate is needed here.

After searching the entire backyard, I was preparing to leave and decided to check the area again where the sighting occurred. Found a 17" 3c Western Diamondback coiled under part of a bag of fertilizer. It was not there when I searched initially.

The property is an eating disorder rehabilitation center, so removal of the snakes so close to client dorms was something very important to them. I found 1 small rattlesnake immediately sitting in corner of shed. I then flipped a piece of plywood and found the larger second one. I flooded out underneath shed, and a couple other suspicious areas. No further finds. End of report.

When I arrived 20 minutes after the phone call the customers had watched the snake leave garage and go behind a metal sheet behind the air conditioner. I used my tongs to move the sheet metal first. I identified it as a western diamondback. While I was enroute to her home she kept a close eye on it. When I arrived the snake remained in same spot. I was able to capture it immediately. Snake was about 18 inches in length. I inspected the remainder of her yard with no further finds. End of report.

I removed the side panel off the hot tub. The snake was found on top of a small shelf inside. I was able to capture it using my tings and place it gently into my bucket. She had not seen the snakes yet this morning. I responded and told her I would look around. When I arrived she told me one of the snakes was basking in the sun outside of a hole. I was able to catch the snake immediately. I also used a garden hose and flooded another snake out of same hole. Both snakes were released shortly after. End of report.

She believed it was a sidewinder, which I told her were not found in that area. She then said she had no clue. She directed towards a bush that it was last seen in. After searching through the bush I noticed a small segment of tail sticking out from under the roots. It was determined to be a Sonoran Gophersnake. After explaining to her the benefits of having these harmless snakes around she still insisted to have it removed. The snake was placed gently in my bucket and relocated immediately after. They sent me a picture via text message and I was able to identify it as a western diamondback rattlesnake. I responded to call and was directed to the snake. The homeowners did a great job of keeping eye on the snake. The snake was in a corner of the garage towards front entrance. I captured the snake using my tongs and placed it in bucket gently. When I arrived and saw the snake I immediately identified it as a harmless gophersnake. I noticed the snake was wrapped in plastic netting used over her plants. I used a pair of scissors and carefully cut the netting off. I told the customer the benefits of having a harmless snake around. Although she felt bad for the snake, she was still not a fan of having them around. She was also concerned that her dog may harm the snake. So for the customers fear, and safety of the snake it was relocated at a close distance. End of report.

His neighbors told him about us and how wonderful we are with customer service and how amazing we are at removals. Once I arrived I was directed to back yard area. He pointed in direction of pool pumps and filters and saw a Western diamondback in tight coil sitting underneath. I used my hook to bring body of snake out. Once I had enough body out I used my tongs to take complete control of the snake. I gently placed the snake in my bucket. Snake was released immediately after. End of report.

When I arrived snake was not in same location. Hey the snake moved about 20 feet to a different bush. I captured the snake with ease. As I was beginning my inspection check to make sure there weren’t anymore the homeowner yelled that there was a second Rattlesnake. The second snake was captured also. Once that was done I continued the inspection with no further finds. End of report.

But the other snake was seen going in direction of side of house with large wall gap. I searched back and front yard and utilized customers garden hose to flood suspicious areas. No further finds.
