Phoenix | 85085 | None | Rattlesnake in apartment complex, lost sight of it. Looked over the area very thoroughly. Checked all bushes big and small, identified some points of entry and recommended 1 very large bush be taken out/trimmed. Construction in neighboring area likely displaced the diamondback in question. Probably coming from large drain holes leading to construction area. Would recommend blocking them off but there are so many other ways for them to get in probably not going to be very effective. |

10:00 AM |
Cave Creek | 85331 | None | rattlesnake by planter box. The pool person found the snake in a large pot in the back yard next to their wall. The picture is was atrox. No one was around to watch the snake and when I got there the pot was in the sun so the snake had left. They have a plastic mesh that’s about a foot tall around there view fence and thought they were protected but unfortunately are not. The snake crawled over the mesh into this large pot that is up against the fence and about ground level on the other side. The back yard doesn’t have much vegetation and is mostly tile with a pool. They do however live on a mountain with desert all around them. They have little streams by them man-made and plenty of cover outside their yard for snakes. I did not find the snake but they would love their view fence rattlesnake protected. |
