The rattlesnake was in her garden and while looking through the garden I found another rattlesnake under a tarp covering hay. I informed her that feeding the wild animals will bring the snakes in because she has made a pretty good spot for a snake to not only stay cool but hydrated and be well fed. She said she will stop feeding the animals in her garden.

Homeowners had been away for a few days and the landscaping around their home was recently trimmed by the greyhawk complex, which I suspect led to the snake seeking shelter in the homeowners yard. Large rattlesnake was chilling right under an oleander tree in the corner of the yard and likely got over some haphazard fencing. Prime candidate for our rattlesnake fencing, and very interested, as they have a dog. No other evidence of snake activity or rodent activity in the property, and snake likely was just searching for a safe place to hang out after landscaping was trimmed.

I’m not sure how but the snake crawled up into his jeep underneath. The guy couldn’t get it out so he just drove away. Today while at work and hour away from castle hot springs road and sort of in the city the snake decided to crawl out. The guy didn’t want to pay and said he was just going to cut the snakes head off. I didn’t want that to happen so I went and got it.
