Tucson | 85718 | None | Customer called about wanting yard inspected for preparation of having a rattlesnake. They had seen 1 rattlesnake in past in front yard but wanted safer backyard near pool and common area. Gate would be main entry point for a rattlesnake. Along with one small drainage hole. Both were already known about but still addressed. I flooded out pool rock fountain but nothing came out. The yard had been very well done by rodent control. No active presence found. I told customer to trim bushes that led to extra shaded areas, especially near rock piles. I also did show one issue on her bricked wall there was a part of the wall that was only about 25 inches high. She said her landscaping crew would figure out a solution for that. So she was very interested in us doing a customer gate. Now snakes found on site. End of report. |

Do you fence on one side and lots of 1 cm or so cracks. Only have seen one rattlesnake in five years living here so not especially alarm to but would like pricing anyway. Would be probably better for a remote estimate instead of a visit |
